At Dry Baskets, we take great pride in offering premium quality superfoods. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received them.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used food products.
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes (unless damaged or defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide a clear photo of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
